Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Fees
A 10% service fee (minimum $1.50, maximum $15 CAD) is added at checkout when registering for a paid event (league, ladder, tournament, clinic, or program). Free events have no fees.
Service fees are non-refundable once the event has taken place. If you cancel your registration before the event starts, the service fee may be refunded at Pickle Leagues' discretion.
2. Event and Program Registrations
League, ladder, tournament, clinic, and program registrations may have organizer-specific cancellation and refund terms.
The applicable policy is shown at registration time and must be accepted before checkout or submission. Refund requests for event fees (excluding the service fee) are handled by the organizer.
3. Player Pro Subscriptions
You may cancel your Player Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the first 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.
4. Marketplace and Coaching
Marketplace transactions and coach bookings may have separate seller/coach-specific terms. Pickle Leagues is not the merchant of record for peer-to-peer marketplace transactions.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund processing times can vary based on your bank and card provider.
